Most skip traces resolve within 24-72 hours when the subject has any recent digital or financial footprint. Subjects with limited digital presence, aliases, or who actively avoid being found may take 1-2 weeks of deeper investigation. EJR provides realistic turnaround estimates during the initial inquiry.

A name and any one of the following helps significantly: date of birth, last known address, social security number (if you have it), prior employer, family members' names, or vehicle information. The more information you can provide, the faster the trace. Skip traces with only a name take longer but are typically still successful.
